What Is Gothic Unicode Text?
This generator uses mathematical Fraktur characters to create a blackletter-inspired appearance. It does not install a gothic typeface or reproduce every historical blackletter style.
Both choices convert basic Latin uppercase and lowercase letters. Regular Fraktur leaves digits unchanged; Bold Fraktur uses bold serif digits alongside its letters. Accents and other unsupported characters remain unconverted.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Fraktur the same as every gothic font?
No. Fraktur is one blackletter form. These two Unicode alphabets offer a particular gothic-style look, not a library of downloadable gothic typefaces.
Can I make gothic numbers?
Regular Fraktur keeps ordinary digits. Bold Fraktur converts them using bold serif digits; this tool does not have a distinct Fraktur numeral alphabet.
Why do some capitals look unfamiliar?
Fraktur letters have forms that differ from everyday Latin typography. Compare your name with the original before copying, especially if recognition matters.
Will this work as a game username?
That depends on the game and the particular field. Test the name there; a display-name field may accept characters that an account handle rejects.
